I definitely recommend this gym for women, men, and children. My children love and are learning so much from the little ninjas class. I love the women's kickboxing class- the workouts are always excellent and the other ladies are very friendly. I also love the jiu jitsu classes; I am one of the few women in them (so far) and have always felt welcome and supported by the guys. Nick and Staci are both exceptional teachers; they're both very open, frendly, knowledgeable, and great with both kids and adults!
