I may have been one of Carlsbad Exclusive Auto's first customers when I responded to a flyer placed on my Mercedes S500 almost 10 years ago while I was shopping at nearby Costco. Since I felt I was being overcharged by the MB dealership for routine maintenance I decided to give them a try. Greg Stillman, one of the original owners, explained that he and his partner were certified MB techs who decided to go out on their own and use their training and desire to be their own bosses the formula to establish their business. In my years of doing business with them I have found Carlsbad Exclusive Auto to be fair, honest and highly qualified to work on several of my MB's (I am on my third MB, a 2011 ML350) while offering service at rates far under the dealership for similar work. The only negative I've found is that they don't offer loaners, but there is an Enterprise Rent a Car in the same development. Even factoring in the cost of a rental rates are considerably lower. Christina and Chris are pleasant and professional when you call to make an appointment. I highly recommend Carlsbad Exclusive Auto for work on any MB.
