Carlsbad City Hall at 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California.

Carlsbad Ca is the darkest place i night i have ever lived in. They do not replace streetlights,
it is downright dangerous to walk ,and who wants to drive in such a dark depressing place.????
We live off la costa ave and cadencia. It is black out after 5 pm. They are vulnerable for
lawsuits because you cannot see the sidewalks or curbs . I cannot wait to move away
to a well lighted city, when we can walk at night or feel like going somewhere.
