Cape Rey Carlsbad, a Hilton Resort at 1 Ponto Road, Carlsbad, California.

Very disappointing. Arrived and was very impressed by the location and entrance reception area. Then everything went downwards. Arrived in the room, realized in the shower that the Shampoo was almost empty and not replaced. Came out to put few items in the refrigerator to realize it was not working. Called down, nice gentlemen came and informed us that they know the refrigerators are bad quality and waiting to get new ones!!! (we didn't wait to pay for 4 star resort and fees). Went down to the pool at 6 pm and could not find a towel....asked and had to wait 30 minutes to finally get towels by the pool. No service at all in pool area of a beachfront resort!!?? Next morning came down to get coffee in the lobby..,, to realize that it was empty! All together very very disappointing stay.
