Crazy wait times with one person working and the manger is twiddling his thumbs doing nothing. Avoid this place if possible as they are of little help.

If I could list a negative I would. Without question the slowest and most incompetent bank in the history of the world. The last time I went there I waited for more than 15 minutes to see a teller, the last 7 or so because the teller was having a personal conversation with a customer! Total joke. I tried calling to complain after I left and nobody answered. I called probably 5 times and never got an answer - only an automated message directing me to the Bank of America website - I wasn't even able to leave a message.
