She makes beautiful Chindi placemats, rugs, etc. originally selling through Etsy, now through Amazon. I paid $255 for a custom 90" table runner and 6 place mats and received a 74" runner. I have sent three requests asking her to rectify her mistake via Etsy, two through Amazon, and one directly to Alan Bliss asking for his help. Each and every one of my requests have been ignored. If Alan Bliss Group is as unethical as Kirstyn Bliss at the Bliss Group address...beware.
