7-Eleven at 5802 Van Allen Way, Carlsbad, California.

I am staying at the Residence in near by and I have twice been treated rudely by the same employee. He is a white heavy set guy, named "Boyd" or something similar.

The first time, after my purchase, I literally asked, "may I have a bag please," after he took the sale, failed to bag the items and started waddling away. His reply, "Patience, you need to learn to have patience. I was going to get you one!" as he walked back to where the bags were.

The second time, after purchasing cigarettes...I asked for a lighter, of which he then proceeded to charge me nearly $3 for even though the register said .99 cents. I was like, "isn't this a $1.00 lighter?" He just pointed to the lighter stack, "well, you didn't tell me which one so I just grabbed one..." That's when I just stared at his name badge before he figured out what I was doing and turned around.

This guy needs to be fired.
